The Koukaki district (or, as is the case, Koukaki) is located on the southeast side of Philopappou Hill in Athens. It borders on the areas of Petralona, New World and Acropolis and is crossed by Syngrou Avenue. Koukaki is a densely populated area, saturated already in the 1960s and 1970s. It is, however, an expensive neighborhood due to location. From Koukaki there is a Metro Line 2 and is served by the Station Fix. His name owes it to the large craftsmen of "Koukakis", which operated pre-war in Syngrou, at the height of FIX. Similar names from existing surnames have arisen, for example, For the Foothills, for Goudi et al.
